Sadness and Fear will affect lungs and kidneys, resulting in weak energy flow in lungs and kidneys.
So the real causes are Fear and Sadness
WHO confirms that asthma is a chronic condition and cannot be cured. They are right because you cannot fight with a problem on the physical level when the cause is on a different plane. In this case mental plane.
Now the technique. There are two parts to this technique.

Part one
Hold your ring finger everyday for five minutes till you feel the pulse in the finger.
Here’s the key , while holding you have to follow this breathing pattern.
Inhale for 6 counts and hold for 3 counts
Exhale for 6 counts and hold for 3 counts
This is one set.
Repeat this for 36 sets.
This will take about 3-5 minutes
Do it for both hands if time permits, otherwise one hand is also enough.
Part two
Hold your Index finger everyday for five minutes till you feel the pulse in the finger.
Here’s the key , while holding you have to follow this breathing pattern.
Inhale for 6 counts and hold for 3 counts
Exhale for 6 counts and hold for 3 counts
This is one set.
Repeat this for 36 sets.
This will take about 3-5 minutes
Do it for both hands if time permits, otherwise one hand is also enough.
Do it for 21 days with out missing a single day. If you miss, start all over again.
